Our return policy is very simple! To get a full refund*:
- Apply for a return authorization number (RMA#).
- Return item in new resalable condition and factory packaging.
- Send it back within 30 day of delivery.

To apply for a Return Authorization please EMAIL US using this link or visit our "Constact Us" page. Make sure to include your order number. Our customer support will email you back within 24 hours.
Item must be in original new resalable condition (no scratches, cracks or dents) and in original factory packaging (if applicable).
Used, installed or altered items do not qualify for a return. Test fit all items before installation. Does not apply to "replacement car parts" category.
Return Authorization number must be requested and included with the return. Returns without RMA# will not be processed.
Shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
If returned item does not meet conditions below 15-25% restocking fee will be deducted off refund amount.
Replacing Damaged or Defective Item.
If item arrived damaged or defective we will replace it for free. To report a damage please call or email our customer service. Do not send the item back without contacting us!
If item is physically broken/damaged or has a visible defect we will require you to provide picture(s) showing this damage or defect.
For replacement car parts we will request you to send the item back for a replacement.
